happy moments

Eversince I quit working few years back, somehow I have stopped buying
things or doing nice things for husband.
Even for his birthday, only 2 or 3 times I got him a present.
Most of the time, I just bought him a cake.
why? Cause I felt that if i bought him something, it is still his $$. lol
It doesnt come from me. Thats how i feel.

I do feel guilty and I know husband dont expect anything from me.
So, I thought I will try to change my mindset from now on.

Fortunately, this month I have extra money earned from my flea market.
So, with that money, I decided to get him a SPA treatment for men
for our anniversary.
But it was fully booked at the only Male Spa we have here at Jumeirah.

Since, he has been complaining of backache and tiredness but still refused to spend
unnecessary money on himself for a massage.
I took this opportunity to book him a full-body massage at a newly open GENTS saloon
at Oasis centre.
I was excited. I felt good atlast I am doing something for husband for once. lol

And today is the best time to bring him there since he has to wake up early
to drive afiq to Hatta to have his passport stamp again.
It was a long & tiring journey.

So, when he reached home at 3pm. I told him of my plan.
Quickly got the kids to get ready & myself and off we go to Oasis centre.
Luckily, the saloon is next to FUN CITY, so while husband having his massage
the kids get to play. It was perfect.
Since I lost the shopping mojo, I stayed with the kids at the playground and
build a mother-children bonding session.
It was fun.

Once we finished our dinner, we went to home centre to get a some stuffs.

After for so long I havent done anything nice for hub, this will be a start.
I know he enjoyed it and appreciate my gift for our annivesary.
For once, I am happy for making him a happy person today.
